My Bible says rulers. Not priests. Anybody's sons of a king would be a ruler anywhere he was.
18And Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over both the Cherethites and the Pelethites; and David's sons were chief rulers.
The New Testament authors favor the prophets. Why?
