Jesus is called the Only Begotten God in the bosom of the Father in John 1:18.
And here Jesus is said to be "in the beginning with God," which can only be eternity.
Micah 5:2 says Jesus' processions are from eternity.
Processions there means coming from meaning originating from.
Eternity there is the Hebrew mimay olam, from days (the time) of everlasting.
Colossians 1:15 tells us "firstborn over all creation."
This tells us two things, that Jesus was born, and that he was born before anything was created, which is eternity.
Thus we have the witness of a threefold cord in Scripture, and in the mouth of three witnesses a thing shall be established.

Again, this is a Prophecy of the Incarnation of the Word that was Elohim.
It is the Word/HE whose origins are of old, from the days of eternity = which again denote Time in Eternity

"firstborn over creation" signifies THREE Truths
#1 - (as you correctly stated) JESUS was born, in the flesh, born of a virgin woman
#2 - HE was NOT born before anything was created since HE was born thru Mary
#3 - "firstborn over all creation" = the First MAN to be Eternally Resurrected and GLORIFIED

It was OUTSIDE OF TIME. So there is NO temporal BEFORE and no temporal AFTER.
Some of the ancients tried to help people picture it as sort of an ever present continuous begetting.
The point is, if you reject God is outside of human logic, then you should reject the Trinity and Christ's two natures.

God is outside of human logic and reasoning for sure otherwise you could explain all Gods miracles including creation and how a spoken world could create something from nothing.

Stick with the Scripture about the topic, please. You must admit, Jesus isn't even directly or explicitly called eternal in the Bible. I hold that ground. You just have arguments about why you think he is eternal.

This is the Father. Who else would it be? Only the Father is ever called the "only" God in all of Scripture.

Found what I needed. Eternal life can't be with the Father unless the Father is also eternal.
1 John 1
