Cornelius and the rest with him who feared God were already saved, regenerate,because they feared God, none fears God by nature Rom 3:18
18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.
Because Cornelius feared God, he had been accepted by God, thats being saved Acts 10:35
35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
Because they will be saved, and have the assurance of it. The Gospel gave them assurance they were saved. 1 Thess 1:5 And they will be saved in the future. "will be saved in Acts 11;14 Is a passive future indicative, there is no conditions here
