It's not an excuse for God to not clearly condemn an immoral action.

We have to dig a lot deeper than "culture."

Where was it called sin ?

Jesus and Paul commanded slaves to obey their masters.

So now you reject the defense of "culture" to imply God approves of human slavery.

It was accepted in the culture and slavery was not condemned by God. You are projecting again.

Being a slave owner was not a sin and neither was being a slave sinful.

Got Scripture???
 
Or you have another huge problem . Being a slave of Christ is sinful and Christ as your Slave Master is sinful.

If slavery was a sin then God sinned by giving the Jews as slaves under Pharaoh. Take off the American culture blinders and man’s philosophy.

There are good slave masters/owners and bad ones.
