A micro-manager and his/her staff are soon parted.....
There are basically two types of micro-managers in Corporate America today.
1. The micro-manager that is talented enough to accurately question everything.
2. The micro-manager that doesn't know anything.
One lasts a little longer than the other but they both ultimately fail.
