2 Peter 3:9 is not talking about the vessels of wrath that God made for destruction. In fact it's talking about the elect the vessels of MercySo, God is “not willing that any should perish” (2 Pet. 3:9) is actually "it is God's will that they perish"????? "Any" and "all men" mean everyone. So again, you have violated the Law of Noncontradiction. Calvinism is a disease that destroys people's ability to think logically.
Frankly sir, you know not of what you speak. That's just you opinion. As we are just getting warmed up.
It's a low down dirty shame how the Calvinism’s misrepresentation of the God of the Bible, whom I love with all my heart, has has given atheists a reason not to believe in Him.
The god of this world will do that. All Calvinists defend him and teach his sovereignty.Evidently it hasn't been given to you as it has been given to me
Calvanists in general, are excessively scurrilous and abusive, that contending with them resembles lighting with chimney-sweepers, or bathing in a mud-pool. So they can but raise a temporary mist before the eyes of their deluded adherents, they care not what they invent, nor whereof they affirm. Augustus Toplady

Sure I do, I just don't have a clue of what your talking about. But you do have the right to say it. But it does sound kind of weird "invisible unicorn" "world of atheists". I glad you survived through a difficult and challenging experience and made it through.Frankly sir, you know not of what you speak.
I was raised atheist in a world of atheists and I can assure you that the Calvin vs Arminius debate was a matter of complete inconsequence to our disbelief in your invisible unicorn in the sky called “god”. Exchanges like those found in any gathering of so-called Christians is far greater proof of God’s non-existence. Still greater proof is the so-called “problem of evil” and God’s apparent complete indifference to it.
No, both predestination and free will are nonsensical arguments when stood against empirical reality.
Only the supernatural revelation of the REALITY of God (like what confronted Saul on the road to Damascus) could force the sort of re-evaluation needed to overcome the contrary empirical evidence.
You’re avoiding the question: what scripture specifically states that salvation is given in order to allow us to believe.Evidently it hasn't been given to you as it has been given to me
2 Peter 3:9 is about the elect, the vessels of mercy. When Peter wrote that epistle many of the elect had not yet been born in the flesh, some it would be centuries later."Any" in 2 Pet 3:9 are all those who have not repented yet. And you're on record as saying that "any" are only "the elect, the vessel of Mercy". Those 2 statements combined means that all those who have not repented yet are the elect. The reverse of that is that you believe that the nonelect have all repented. Boy, you are lost.
I've already told youYou’re avoiding the question: what scripture specifically states that salvation is given in order to allow us to believe.

Probably the same amount of times that people been asking me the same thing duhI wonder how many times you have posted that same post? O wait you already told me![]()
That's called the blame game. Duh Fits you wellProbably the same amount of times that people been asking me the same thing duh
I haven't blamed anyone I'm just responding to youThat's called the blame game. Duh Fits you well
You beating a dead horseYou have used "I've already told you" as a reply on over 3 pages of your posts. And yet you clam to just be responding to what someone has asked.
Can you see the absurdity of that? You blame them for you lack of an answer. I've seen you get called out for it.
Except you cannot back it up with scripture and ignore verse after verse.I say the same about you my friend
Yeah it doesNo it doesn't
Thank you for the kind word.I know at carm you have seen a lot of that. And never once backed down. We are lucky to have you here.
Yes in God's giftingRomans 12:3 "... as God has allotted to each (Christian) a measure of faith." Obviously this is in addition to the faith required to get saved in the first place. But this verse, in which Paul is addressing Christians, tells us that at least one result of being saved is that God gives us an additional measure of faith.
I say the same to you my friendExcept you cannot back it up with scripture and ignore verse after verse.
