Knowing God through "money"?

The appeal of money is strong among humanity. Money is power. Throughout human history the rise of evil among humanity has endlessly revolved around "possessions" and their "value" realized in various "monetary" systems.

Jesus once said.....

Luk 12:33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
Luk 12:34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Many people have place more value in their "possessions" than they do their own families. We even judge the success of our lives by what possessions we leave behind to others.

The treasure we find in what we make our "possessions" is the "sin" of the ages......

There are many things I want to say but I'd rather this become a conversation..........

Lets compare our own lives to Luke 12:33-34.....

If a person has problems with money, then dont blame the money.

Also, sometimes a believer wonders.. "what is God's will...what is the right path".

Well, where you find profit, is the path you need to take, as what profits us, is showing us the path.

Isaiah 48 says that Heavenly profit leads you by the way you should go.

Is "money".... "heavenly profit"? Can you make that connection?

God has been good to me in this life relative to possessions. He has also been good to me in this life relative to relationships. Where we find value is where our treasure is......
