He that believes and is not water baptised is saved

The Spirit and it is into the body.

1 Corinthians 12:13 (LEB) — 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free persons, and all were made to drink one Spirit.

It is scripture; therefore, it has plenty of leg to stand on.

As for

Colossians 2:12 (LEB) — 12 having been buried with him in baptism, in which also you were raised together with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.

the member of God is not identified
yes.. But the one doing the baptism is identified.

Who raised Christ from the dead? Who did all the work and miracles through Christ while he was on earth.. it would be the Spirit

it says "the one" who raised him from the dead.

The father allowed it. The spirit did it

its called the baptism of the spirit for a reason..
The Father baptized Jesus with the Spirit

and he worked as well

John 5:17 (LEB) — 17 But he answered them, “My Father is working until now, and I am working.”

John 5:19–20 (LEB) — 19 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly, truly I say to you, the Son can do nothing from himself except what he sees the Father doing. For whatever that one does, these things also the Son does likewise. 20 For the Father loves the Son and shows him everything that he himself is doing. And greater works than these he will show him, so that you will be astonished.

John 14:10–11 (LEB) — 10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak from myself, but the Father residing in me does his works. 11 Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; but if not, believe because of the works themselves.

And If you just want to address the resurection alone

Acts 5:30The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you killed by hanging him on a tree.
Acts 10:40God raised this one up on the third day and granted that he should become visible,
Acts 13:30But God raised him from the dead,
Rom 6:4Therefore we have been buried with him through baptism into death, in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so also we may live a new way of life.

And so did the Spirit

This is not helping at all

We are preaching the baptism of the spirit. The one prophesied by John. And foretold by Jesus

Col 2 is part of this baptism. It is not of water as many say, but the ONE who raised him from the dead..

I was speaking of the work of the Father and the Spirit

I can assure you, however, I do believe in the baptism of the Spirit.

I believe the Spirit regenerates, makes alive, purifies the hearts of believers, guides etc

Titus 3:5–6 (LEB) — 5 he saved us, not by deeds of righteousness that we have done, but because of his mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom he poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior,

Ezekiel 36:26–27 (LEB) — 26 And I will give a new heart to you, and a new spirit I will give into your inner parts, and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh, and I will give to you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will give my spirit into your inner parts, and I will make it so that you will go in my rules, and my regulations you will remember, and you will do them.

Rom 5:5and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
1 John 3:24And the one who keeps his commandments resides in him, and he in him. And by this we know that he resides in us: by the Spirit whom he has given to us.
1 John 4:13By this we know that we reside in him and he in us: that he has given us of his Spirit.
Jude 20But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith, by praying in the Holy Spirit,

Are you sure? How do you know that? Did God give you a sign of some sort? Just a feeling? The result of some promise given in His word? I am just curious about such proclamations.
lol

Because I trust God, God said he would do, That is what faith actually is

And I know. if God did not baptize me, I am still lost in my sin.

Baptismal salvation?
Yes and no, with God's Word Of Truth, Rightly Divided, He Teaches:

water baptism for the remission of sins is found in:

prophecy / covenants / law, for Israel - ie:

water, For remission of sins/induction into the earthly Israeli "priesthood!":
(Matthew_3:5-6; Mark_1:4; Luke_3:3; John_1:31; Luke 7:29-30; Acts_10:37)
(Matthew_28:19; Mark_16:16; Acts_2:38, 22:16; Ezekiel_36:25; Isaiah 52:15)

Rightly Divided (2 Timothy 2:15 AV) From “Things That Differ!” (online):

In God's Other 'Context' of Mystery and Grace, He Now Teaches, for Induction Into
The Heavenly Body Of Christ, there is only:

One [ Spiritual ] Baptism

For His Excellent 'Math':

Praise His Holy Name! Again, and again!!

Amen.

It is not "Spiritual" baptism that inducts one into the Body of Christ. This is seen in John 3:5, 1 Pet 3:21, Acts 8:36, Matt 28:19, and other passages. Water baptism is the "one baptism" mentioned in Eph 4:5, and the Holy Spirit takes part in the process of what happens during water baptism (Rom 6:1-7, Col 2:11-14, 1 Pet 3:21, Eph 5:26-27, Gal 3:26-27).

That is not rightly divided, since it is wrongly interpreted. Ezekiel 36:25 is a reference to the sprinkling with water and washing of water by the word of God found in Ephesians 5:26 and Hebrews 10:22. There is no reference to water baptism in Ez. 36:25 or in Is. 52:15.

The KJV says "rightly divided" in 2 Tim. 2:15, but a better translation says "handling accurately the word of truth."
You are doing neither. Mark 1:4 makes it clear that its repentance that brings forgiveness of sins, not John's baptism. In fact, had they not repented first, John would not have even allowed them to be baptized - just as he refused to baptize the Pharisees and the Sadducees (Matthew 3:7-8), who showed no signs that they had repented.

"A baptism of repentance", therefore, simply means that if and when they repented, they were baptized. Again, John would NOT baptize any who were not repentant.

The truth is that NO scripture teaches the remission of sins by water baptism.

You also obviously don't understand Isaiah 52:15, where it says "Thus (that is, because of what was previously said), He will sprinkle many nations." Verse 14 refers to His marred appearance due to His beatings and bad treatment just before He was crucified.

Since His crucifixion, His blood has sprinkled and cleansed many people from many nations, those who believed and received Him by faith. That is what this verse is talking about.

Likewise, you have misinterpreted all of the other verses you reference, supposedly proving remission of sins through water baptism. None of those do that.

It's obvious that "rightly dividing the word of truth", in your mind, simply means however you choose to interpret the verse or verses.

I DO agree with your last statement, however. Praise His Holy Name! Again and again!

The truth is that NO scripture teaches the remission of sins by water baptism.
Mar 1:4 John appeared, baptizing in the wilderness and proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.

Luk 3:3 And he went into all the region around the Jordan, proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.

Act 2:38 And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Indeed it is

1 Corinthians 12:13 (LEB) — 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free persons, and all were made to drink one Spirit.
The Holy Spirit takes action to bring us into the Body of Christ DURING water baptism. Any other interpretation must discount, ignore, or redefine John 3:5, 1 Pet 3:21, Acts 8:36, Acts 22:16 and other passages.

The point remains it is the Spirit that places us in the body of Christ.

1 Corinthians 12:13 (NASB95) — 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.

And the gentiles were baptized en the Spirit before they were water baptized

Acts 10:44–48 (NASB95) — 44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message. 45 All the circumcised believers who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also. 46 For they were hearing them speaking with tongues and exalting God. Then Peter answered, 47 “Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?” 48 And he ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to stay on for a few days.

Acts 11:15–16 (NASB95) — 15 “And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them just as He did upon us at the beginning. 16 “And I remembered the word of the Lord, how He used to say, ‘John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.

and saved

Acts 15:8–11 (NASB95) — 8 “And God, who knows the heart, testified to them giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He also did to us; 9 and He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith. 10 “Now therefore why do you put God to the test by placing upon the neck of the disciples a yoke which neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear? 11 “But we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, in the same way as they also are.”

The point remains it is the Spirit that places us in the body of Christ.
Indeed He does; DURING water baptism.

Wrong. We have been through this over and over, but you are still believing Satan's lies. The Holy Spirit fell on Cornelius in power (not in salvation), as a sign to the Jews present that there was no longer a division between the Jews and the Gentiles; the Gentiles could be brought into the Church. And they were brought into the Church when they were baptized in water.

Again, yes, we are placed in Christ by the Holy Spirit. But this verse does not tell us WHEN that occurs. Other passages, like Rom 6:2-4, Col 2:11-14, Acts 22:16, 1 Pet 3:21 and others tell us more about when we are placed into Christ by the Holy Spirit: DURING water baptism.
And the gentiles were baptized en the Spirit before they were water baptized

The Gentiles did not yet have/exhibit faith. They had simply heard the Gospel; they had not yet responded to it.

Um it is when the Holy Spirit baptized them

1 Corinthians 12:13 (NASB95) — 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.

Galatians 3:2 (LEB) — 2 I want only to learn this from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

The gentiles were baptized en the Spirit

Acts 11:15–17 (NASB95) — 15 “And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them just as He did upon us at the beginning. 16 “And I remembered the word of the Lord, how He used to say, ‘John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’ 17 “Therefore if God gave to them the same gift as He gave to us also after believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in God’s way?”

so

They were placed in the body of Christ

Again that in itself indicates their salvation

The Gentiles did not yet have/exhibit faith. They had simply heard the Gospel; they had not yet responded to it.
Without faith one does not receive the Spirit

John 7:39 (NASB95) — 39 But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

and again

Galatians 3:2 (LEB) — 2 I want only to learn this from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

And scripture refutes your claim regarding faith

Acts 15:8–11 (NASB95) — 8 “And God, who knows the heart, testified to them giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He also did to us; 9 and He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith. 10 “Now therefore why do you put God to the test by placing upon the neck of the disciples a yoke which neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear? 11 “But we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, in the same way as they also are.”

Baptism in/with/by the Holy Spirit is not what is described in Acts 2:1-4; rather baptism in/with/by the Holy Spirit is what is described in Acts 2:38. Baptism in/with/by the Holy Spirit is one and the same as the indwelling Holy Spirit. Baptism in/with/by the Holy Spirit was a promise to all who are saved, not just the few who were given power to work signs, wonders and miracles.
