Notice the words of John the Baptist......

Luke 3:16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose:
Joh 3:30 He must increase, but I must decrease.

Notice the Pharisees.....

Joh 8:33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest, You shall be made free?

Notice Paul....

2Co 11:16 I repeat, let no one think me foolish. But even if you do, accept me as a fool, so that I too may boast a little.
2Co 11:17 What I am saying with this boastful confidence, I say not as the Lord would but as a fool.
2Co 11:18 Since many boast according to the flesh, I too will boast.
2Co 11:19 For you gladly bear with fools, being wise yourselves!
2Co 11:20 For you bear it if someone makes slaves of you, or devours you, or takes advantage of you, or puts on airs, or strikes you in the face.
2Co 11:21 To my shame, I must say, we were too weak for that! But whatever anyone else dares to boast of—I am speaking as a fool—I also dare to boast of that.
2Co 11:22 Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they offspring of Abraham? So am I.
2Co 11:23 Are they servants of Christ? I am a better one—I am talking like a madman—with far greater labors, far more imprisonments, with countless beatings, and often near death.
2Co 11:24 Five times I received at the hands of the Jews the forty lashes less one.
2Co 11:25 Three times I was beaten with rods. Once I was stoned. Three times I was shipwrecked; a night and a day I was adrift at sea;
2Co 11:26 on frequent journeys, in danger from rivers, danger from robbers, danger from my own people, danger from Gentiles, danger in the city, danger in the wilderness, danger at sea, danger from false brothers;
2Co 11:27 in toil and hardship, through many a sleepless night, in hunger and thirst, often without food, in cold and exposure.
2Co 11:28 And, apart from other things, there is the daily pressure on me of my anxiety for all the churches.
2Co 11:29 Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is made to fall, and I am not indignant?
2Co 11:30 If I must boast, I will boast of the things that show my weakness.

Some clarification is in order.

If the op is intending to assert there is some basic difference between the Jesus the Jew and John the Jew then that warrants clarification.

If the op is intended to assert there is a basic difference between the Pharisees (and other leaders of the Jews?) and the average, common non-leader Jew, then I wholeheartedly agree but will, again, suggest some clarification is in order. The Pharisees were teachers and, according to James the Jew ;), a greater burden is placed by God upon the leader, and they screwed up by rejecting Jesus (and promoting others do the same).

Not sure what 2 Corinthians 11 has to do with the Jews because Paul's point about not knowing others according to the flesh is not specifically a Jewish thing and the beatings he suffered occurred by the hands of both Jews and gentiles (Acts 16 and 23 would be examples of abuse suffered by Jews and Acts 16 would be an example of Gentile-led abuse).

I notice the words of scripture. The word "Jews" is found only once in those 18 verses. What is the salient point being made, or intended for discussion?

The intent is to show how the words of Jews vary and thusly show the differences in their intents/hearts. How we speak is an indication of what we are. As I've often said. We are only good as what we believe and we are only good as what we speak.

Words are themselves "works" that show forth God in us and for us. Which fact is lost upon this "James" you reference. He was a lesser sort of the "chiefest" apostles. To be clear, the apostles will be judged by God as we all will. Some apostles are better than others. Or "super apostles".

2Co 11:5 For I suppose I was not a whit behind the very chiefest apostles. <---- super apostles.

Paul's superior knowledge concerning the Revelation of God on full display among nations. Yet, he didn't act like most Jews. In speech he was judged a blasphemer and gave his own body for the Lord Jesus Christ.

These are proofs of the how Jews can humble themselves. Few man are like him.

Php 2:19 But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state.
Php 2:20 For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state.
Php 2:21 For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.

To what end? What would be your thesis statement or specific point of inquiry to be discussed?
Paul's superior knowledge concerning the Revelation of God on full display among nations. Yet, he didn't act like most Jews.
That depends on how the term "Jew" is defined and no such definition has been provided. Ethnically, Paul as a Jew. Religiously, Saul was a Jew, but Paul was a Christian and that is why he possessed superior knowledge, did not act like most Jews, and was judged a blasphemer. Saul and Paul are not the same person. The former was dead in sin. The latter was regenerate and alive in Christ, dead to sin. In Christ there are no Jews, the old has gone and the new has come.

Furthermore, there is a very substantive case for understanding Paul was prepared from birth to be the guy he would eventually become in his epistolary. He was, therefore, always a different sort of Jew all the way up to the day when he got knocked off his donkey and was made new. The distinctions between Paul and any other Jew have to be cited, specified, qualified, if they're going to be discussed (and they must be identified correctly).

So..... what's your thesis or specific point of comment or inquiry regarding "differences in Jews" to be discussed?

I gotta go so take your time and think about it.

Brother... I take no pleasure in this...... but....

I could post the same commitment to you in the other thread you started yourself. I haven't because I'm trying not to be what you would consider to be a "smartass" about it.

Do you not see the irony in how you're pushing away my similar comments away in other threads.

God knows us all from birth. We all have purposes that vary. The foot and eyes are not opposed to one another.

So..... what's your thesis or specific point of comment or inquiry regarding "differences in Jews" to be discussed?

It is simple. That not all "Jews" are the same. I thought that was understood by the word "differences" in the OP.

Yes, Jews are no homogenous. So what? Caucasians are not homogenous. Asians are not homogenous. Some "Black" people have light skin, and some have very dark skin. Most folks in each of those groups have ten toes but a few of them have eleven.

How are all Jews not the same? Be specific.

Are you still criticizing Jews ✡️ again?
Do you think Rabbi Shaul was having a mid life crisis? Or was he most like King David in the Psalms when he was at life's worse moments but still wanted to worship, meditate and experience Adonai no matter what evil was going on around him?
Shalom

I never said they were homogeneous. Quote me. I never made the claim. WHY are you mentioning homogeneous?

I was very specific in what I said.

Jews talk differently. What men say is indication of what they are...... I don't care about homogeneous. It is not my requirement.

Mat 15:18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
Mat 15:19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:

Not all of your Rabbis said the same things. They disagreed with one another. In fact, Jews have often killed their own. You're no different in this aspect than any other people in this world.

The Gentiles have killed their own also. All your supposedly evangelical pastors have disagreed with one another too.
So what's your point?
Shalom

I'm not a evangelical. Try again....

My point is that you're not better than anyone else. I don't how many times I have to say this before you start believing it.
If you tell a lie over and over again people will assume it is the truth. Nice try. I am better than other people. Look at the Jewish ✡️ accomplishments and the influence on society. This comes from an ethnic group that only makes up .2% of the world population.
If you are not an evangelical wanna be. Who are you then?
Shalom

I haven't told a single lie. No man is above another. No man.

Who am I.... just a descendent of Adam like everyone else. I promote the sole heir of Abraham. Jesus Christ.

You have lied and deceived. There are men that are above other men. If men are equal this would be a boring world. Of course this is communisms mantra that all people need to be equal. You fit that mold. There are men that are better than other men. That's why we have prisons and mental institutions.

I know you believe this. Your people desired a king to rule them when they already had one. Your people rejected God just like every other nation on this earth.

1Sa 8:7 And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.

There is only one man above another man. His name is Jesus Christ. You dishonor Jesus Christ with your silly theology.

I'm not communist. I just believe what the Scriptures teach about Christ. He is due all honor and praise. You're here praising yourself.

Why do your words praise another? It reveals what you are.

I do not dishonor anyone including Yeshua Hamashiach my Savior, Redeemer and coming King. My theology is not silly. But your theology is highly questionable and sketchy at best.
Humanity is not created equal not now, not ever. Why? Because of sin.

So you're without sin?

Rom 3:9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;

Gal 3:22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

You preach a false gospel. YOU are equally a sinner with all of humanity.

You preach yourself.

2Co 4:5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.

I am not without sin. Where did you get that idea? Your reading comprehension is very poor. You need to.improve on that, so you can understand my responses.

I can read just fine. You have repeatedly said you were better than other men. Romans 3:9 and Gal 3:22 says that you're not better than anyone else.
