THE SHEEP simply beleives what is written and the shoat or the geep believes what man says about what is written
as said man twists things to fit his own doctrines .

geep is a hybrid as is a shoat , as in THESE ARE LIP ONLY friend and can claim to be a sheep
but darn sure choose their own hirelings intepretations OVER THE VERY WORDS OF THE ONE TRUE SHEPARD .

'Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened,

When I saw what you had written (above) I needed to confirm that it was actually during the tribulation period itself that this gospel delivered by the first of six angels was preached, as you said. Just for my own satisfaction. I will quote this gospel message once again, to keep it before my mind.

'Fear God, and give glory to Him;​

because the hour of His judgment is come; ​

and worship Him that made the heaven, and the earth,​

and the sea, and the fountains of waters.'​

(Rev. 14:6)​

At present it is, 'The Gospel of The Grace of God' which is to be preached (Acts 20:24), and Gal. 1:8-9 tells us in no uncertain terms what should be the consequence of preaching any other:- 'But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed' So, I feel that accuracy in regard to when this gospel (or good news) assigned to the angel to preach was announced is important: For God's timing is perfect isn't it?

It's subject matter deals with God's work as Creator, and not of Christ's work as Saviour. This was now 'the day of the vengeance of our God', the point in Isaiah 61:2, when our Lord in the synagogue closed the book and sat down to the amazement of the congregation (Luke 4:2), for the time for it's fulfilment had not arrived, but now the 'hour' had arrived,

* This proclamation was to be performed by an angel, and not by a man.

The time of it's proclamation, as you say, civic, appears to be during the tribulation itself, as is witnessed by the events portrayed in the previous chapter concerning the Beast. This vision (vv.6-20) takes place on the earth. How awesome it must have been to witness these visions, showing the events that were to take place in what is still now a yet future day.
