Why not pray for evil so God can do good!

Does anyone here pray for evil so God can treat them like Joseph?

Gen 50:20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

God is Good. God is Loving. God is Longsuffering. God loves everyone and sent His only Son to be the propitiation for the sins of the entire/whole world.
