There are many here with varied views and this is a great platform to express you beliefs...

Might get some negative comments... but none directed specifically at you personally just your theology.

I'm ready for some of those old debates on eschatology again, I have not changed and I know you have not in the last six years or so. Hard to believe we were once part of the same local body and believed much of the same truths, but went our different ways, with me still holding to what I have believed since back in the mid seventies or so., with some sight improvement on certain positions.

I know you love the Lord and have been faithful serving him in face of many difficulties. Welcome.

Thank you for the warm welcome, Red. I am ashamed to say that in the past I have felt like the proverbial red-headed stepchild of my Father, in despair and resentment of what He had decided to bring into my life. That changed almost 13 years ago when my eschatology studies led me toward the Preterist teachings, and I began to get answers that had eluded me my entire life. There is no substitute for the feeling of "Thou, God, seest me" when He speaks to you from His Scriptures and reveals things to you personally. I believe we all hunger for that relationship.
