So, Reader, if you are an unbeliever, if you are not a Christian... and someone on This Forum, or in your life, tells you that you are already forgiven by God... already Saved.. already a Christian, and you know that you have never trusted in CHRIST... then the person lying to you, is trying to send you to HELL.

So, what im describing is the Damnation CULT... Theology that is : UNIVERSALISM.

UNIVERSALISM, .. Has no Faith in Christ in it.... Its has no Need to Trust in Christ as its = True Gospel.

UNIVERSALISM, is very similar to Gnosticism... as Gnosticism, as created by Valentinus (the Father of Gnosticism)... teaches that there is no SIN.., .so, there is no need for Jesus on the Cross to forgive your sin.

So, UNIVERSALISM .. is really teaching the same thing.. by teaching that you are already forgiven, without EVER.. Trusting in Christ.
Now, This Cult Teaching will misuse a couple of verses that speak about God "reconciling the world to Himself"... to DENY that for God to give you His reconciliation, you have to put your Trust in Christ.
As that is your FAITH... and "FAITH is counted by God, (on your behalf) as (Christ's) Righteousness, given to you as "the Gift of Righteousness".

So, to receive this Eternal Gift, you have to place your faith in Christ, and UNIVERSALISM, denies this TRUTH.

UNIVERSALISM... which is a thoroughly evil "doctrine of Devils" will lead you to believe that all you have to do, is simply be born on this earth, and you are automatically forgiven your sin always, and are a Christian.... always... Always headed to Heaven, even tho you have never Trusted in Christ.

A.) Now that is a Lie of the Devil, and UNIVERSALISM , is one of the Devil's finest LIES.

As far as I know, the theology of universalism does not teach that everybody is already saved, but that everybody will be saved... eventually.
It is obvious that there are millions of human beings who are still not saved, still slave of their flesh, fears, etc. Slave of their "demons" and prisoners of their "hell", so to speak.

The type of universalism that I embrace is a kind of universalism that recognizes that every single human soul needs to repent, trust God, be changed into a new person.

Universalism as a Theology.....> : All are saved already, or all will be saved.

Why is this such a demonic theology?

its because Classic universalism, is telling the hearer.......>"You are already a Christian", or "Well, dont worry about it, if you are not a Christian, as in the end, God is going to save everyone, anyway".

So, that teaching just caused the person to not realize they need to trust in Jesus.......because why would the need to when they are already SAVED or will be after they die.

Well, if a theology tells man "Don't worry about it" I agree with you that it is demonic.
Now, if a theology tells man "You should live with fear to lose your salvation" that would also be demonic.

Let me use an example:


Suppose I want to learn how to swim. In my current situation, I would just drown and die if thrown into the water. I have no means to save myself from such situation. Suppose then that I get the best swimming coach in the world. He is the most experienced, the most skillful, and also the kindest and most patient. Let´s imagine I know he is fully committed to make from me a swimmer.

Since I trust him so much, I am confident I will end up swimming. So I will not fear failure. But this does not mean that will happen automatically. I will still need to trust him at every moment while I make the exercise. I will have to obey him in doing the movements I must do. If I refuse to trust his instructions and start doing my own thing, I will drown.

In the kind of universalism I profess, I trust God, which means I trust He loves me and wants to save me, and has all the power and willingness to save me, so He will save me. But I still need to repent and trust Him every single day. If I really trust Him, I will follow his comandments.

To me, faith in Jesus means faith in what He asks me to do, as if he were my swimming teacher. He speaks and acts on behalf of God.

In regard to your second question, I am not a Christian.
However, I think that the Way shown by Christ is the only Way to get to the Father. We have to repent and be born into new men.

The 2nd one is a real contention within "theological circles".....as you have those who understand that Jesus is Salvation, and that can't be lost once you have HIm...

Not according to Scripture, which clearly gives us fear as a valid motivator, and which tells us the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
