Underage Children & John 3:3-8

John 3:3 . . Verily, verily, I say unto thee: except a man be born again, he
cannot see the kingdom of God.

Well; the problem is: caterpillars eventually become butterflies.

In other words: underage children don't remain underage. In time their natural
innocence develops into a fallen nature; which we know from Rom 8:5-8 is
unacceptable.

Supposing a child dies while underage. Are they given an opportunity to complete
their development somewhere in some special place, and to reach an age of
accountability before finally deciding what to do with them?
