Both Faith and Repentance are works of God in the Elect premised on the Death of Christ, they accompany the Salvation He obtained for them, So when scripture declares this Acts 5:31
31Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
It would not be adding to the truth that "God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance and faith to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
In the Divine scheme of things, Faith and Repentance are one evangelically. Acts 20:21
21 Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
Repentance is to the acknowledging of the Truth 2 Tim 2:25
25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
Remember Jesus is the Truth Jn 14:6
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
