The "Unspeakable" name of God and Jesus

Is it okay if I find it comical that Unitarians often insist that Jesus never explicitly called Himself "God"......

Well. Might a person consider the fariscal nature of the teachings of Jews during the first century of not "uttering" the very name of God? Which is referenced as "YHWH" (written as יהוה) or the "Tetragrammaton"?

Any Unitarians want to address the obvious?
