i used to listen to J.M. when i was first saved and was blessed and nourished by his messages.
John McArthur is very good at ministering the milk of the word but he stumbles at the meat of the word.

Not judging his salvation here but he needs to take his own preaching medicine and do some 'about face' turn around on some anti-christ messages he has given AND he needs to broadcast it LOUD & CLEAR for the benefit of the saints who listen to him.

#1 - He has called those who are Baptised in the Holy Spirit as 'demon posessed'

#2 - He preached that a person can receive the Mark of the Beast and then repent and be forgiven.

#3 - He promotes 'Cessation of Gifts' which is just plain ignorance thru religious blindness/unbelief.

These are not attributes of the Holy Spirit nor do they please God.

A Blood Washed Saint should not follow or heed, from anyone, concerning those three major points(there may be more).

John MacArthur graduated with a Master of Divinity from Talbot Theological Seminary
Anyone who touts a "Master/Doctorate of Divinity" is without excuse.

#1 error/sickness in christianity is "respect of persons" = which was the downfall of the Jewish people.

I have most all his books and believed just like him for over 40 years listened to literally a 1,000 of his sermons. I would not judge his salvation either as I know I was saved when I was a Calvinist.

Many years ago when i first heard him speak against the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, i prayed for him - and still do.

Now i am not a 'jibberrish' at any moment in church' type of believer.

i do speak in tongues but only alone with the Lord or with Brethren who are not afraid and never when the Pastor is speaking.

Been to the churches where they just blurt it out whenever they feel like it - i do not think this is best for the church body.

With that said, let us make sure we know this - 1 Corinthians 1:1-9

Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,

To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all who in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus, that you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge, even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you,

This and many other phrases have destroyed many a church .
We must do all now to contend for the true faith . Learning all things the apostels also left us
in the bible . As well as all biblical doctrine .
Teaching the doctrine and instructing the peoples in the God inspired pattern left to us .
When even the smallest of leaven cometh to do anything to omit
anything in that original pattern , If its not corrected and repented of quickly
Well, error begets only error and more error as leaven fills in more and more .
THE JNCN motto allowed for the entire downfall on many a church .
Leaven is much like a wee tiny snow ball at the top of a high , high hill
and soon as its allowed to be taught or allowed in , its journey down that moutain
picks up only more and more and more
till it completely destroys the house camped at the bottom of said leaven hill .
Might seem harmless , so tiny , as a wee tiny snow ball can
BUT IF left unchecked and uncorrected
ITS TAKING DOWN the HOUSE camped at its base .

Defend the gospel . that sounds lovely indeed my friend .
So then why are so many trying to find common ground interreligious dialgoue
interfaith . Cause i know what its leaders do say . AND IT DARN SURE AINT THE GOSPEL
it is THE LIE OF ANTI CHRIST .
Some of us have been long defending the gospel and exposing ANYTHING and any path contrary TO IT .
IT just those sure seem to be called haters and accusers by many .
I happen to know one here who probably no longer can even stand to see me .
YET all i ever did was preach the simplicity of CHRIST and expose any other false path .
We might really wanna do some real deep examination .
Cause if anyone even dares to want to beleive that CHRIST , paul , or any other apostel
WOULD HAVE HAD A DARN thing to DO with this interfaith abraham peace accords stuff , THEY ARE fooling themselves .
