The New birth comes after hearing/believing the gospel

This makes as much sense as ‘white means white as well’!

One always compares scripture with scripture…but one also always begins with the specific language and grammar used in the text, and the context in which it is written.

I didn’t say it is necessarily, but more often than not it is! Gal 2:15-16 is very black and white!

Scripture is its own best interpreter.

Actually I agree with the scriptures
No one believes your claim.

Rom 5:1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Rom 3:28 For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law.

Gal 2:16 nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified.

Rom 10:9–10 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

Gal 3:24 Therefore the Law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith.

Rom 3:24–25 being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus; whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness, because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed;

Gal 3:8 The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “All the nations will be blessed in you.”

Rom 3:26 for the demonstration, I say, of His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus

Rom 3:30 since indeed God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith is one.

I do understand the scripture
And yet you claim that justification and being born again happens prior to faith being exercised in spite of Gal 2:15-16 and Acts 2:38 refuting your claims. Your lack of exegeting these passages to prove your claim is very telling.

Yes that is right, justification and newbirth are prior to faith in Christ and I have given my reasons why on many occasions

It's the truth
No, it is a falsehood.

You claim to believe scripture, which is against your theology, so you do not believe that which you claim to believe.

And a perfect example is given in your claim

"Yes that is right, justification and newbirth are prior to faith in Christ and I have given my reasons why on many occasions"

while even claiming to believe verses which teach the complete opposite

Those who do not believe will not see life

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

John 3:18 The one who believes in him is not judged, but the one who does not believe has already been judged, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.

Mark 16:16 The one who believes and is baptized will be saved, but the one who refuses to believe will be condemned.

John 8:24 Thus I said to you that you will die in your sins. For if you do not believe that I am he, you will die in your sins.”

1 John 5:12 The one who has the Son has the life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.

1 John 5:10–13 (The one who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. The one who does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has testified concerning his Son.) And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. The one who has the Son has the life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, in order that you may know that you have eternal life.

So scripture refutes Calvinism’s belief that unbelievers may be given life so that they may believe

And you claim to believe those verses

Those who do not believe will not see life.

They are not made alive so they can believe.
