The all men means the elect, the all means the elect in this context Rom 8:32-34

Faith is required to be given to them who have already been justified by Christ, for the just shall live by faith. All for whom Christ died have been made righteous Romans 5:19 and sooner or later they will be made to live by faith

Death means separation of the soul from the body. The metaphorical expression, “dead to me”, echoes the meaning of spiritual death; out of relationship, not companions, not friends. When we are spiritually dead, we are separated from God, out of positive relationship. We are not incapable of responding to God, but we naturally don’t want to. But God can, through the Holy Spirit, reach out to us and make us aware of our sin and guilt. We can comprehend and respond to that movement of God.
Incidentally, the spelling is absence…not absense.

So what’s your point? Paul is not talking about “all men”, and doesn’t even say “all men”, but refers to “delivered him up for us all” referring specifically to those already believers.
