The NT authors were not in disagreement with what the Father had instructed, and even if they were, they shouldn't be followed instead of the Father. God's law still carries the same penalty, though Jesus has paid it in our place. If he penalty for transgressing God's law was done away with, then Jesus wouldn't have needed to have given himself to pay the penalty for our sins.

Does this refer to the separation of the sinful people fo the kingdom, the sinful good seed from the demonic reprobate within the whole world
OR
does it refer to the worldly church, the separation of those of faith from those of lip service and social acceptance only?

Jesus bought back what Adam lost. None are forgiven that do not repent and turn around-Acts 3:19, Heb 10:26
Jesus started 1 single religion, He is only with 1 single religion. They are unified in love, peace and thought( all of Gods 1 truth) no division( 1 Cor 1:10)= a worldwide brotherhood. All are invited to join.
Jesus started a new religion, Paul went around and set up congregations. So yes, Jesus is with 1 religion.

There are 3 distinct requirements.
Matthew 5:18, 18:3, and John 3:3-5.
Did Jesus say that these are optional?
18:3= teachable
John= yes baptized=full submersion in water, but first a dedicating prayer from ones heart to serve God forever. Few on earth get holy spirit, only those who obey Jesus, and serve the true God= the Father, like this-John 4:22-24. To be born again, one must strip off the old personality and put on the new personality. Eph 4:22-24
Matt 5:18 isn't speaking of the Mosaic law. most likely the 10 commandments.
One cannot stone their brothers to death under the new covenant-= LOVE.

Yes Gods religion was apostacised when Jesus was on earth, they are to this day. Jesus started a new religion. 1 not hundreds.

You said--Jesus paid the penalty for our sins..He only paid the penalty for ones who repent and turn around, not for everyone. They all can however repent and turn around and be covered by Jesus' sacrifice.
Yes, Jesus true religion came back here in these last days-The foretold great apostasy( 2 Thess 2:3= Catholicism and her hundreds of branches screwed it all up.

Does one actually believe that the son of the true living God, who is LOVE, would have a pagan torture death device as the front of his religion? The great apostasy brought it into worship. Many false religions have a form of a cross fronting their religion.
Does anyone actually believe that the Son of the living God, who is love, would use a language (Greek) that was begun by pagans to spread His holy word throughout the Roman Empire?
