No person can come to Christ by their own freewill !

The Gospel is hidden to the lost, sorry
That's why we are called to bring it to them.:) We are "Ambassadors for Christ" It's a Christian concept based on the biblical verse 2 Corinthians 5:20, which describes believers as representatives of God who urge others to be reconciled to Him. It signifies a calling to live, speak, and act in a way that reflects Christ, with the mission of sharing the message of reconciliation and making disciples. This involves proclaiming the gospel, acting as God's messengers, and helping to bring people into a relationship with God through their words and actions.

UM some here were once lost but found their way and believed
You have not provided any scripture that specifically says the Gospel is not hidden from them that are lost, but I have provided scripture that specifically says the Gospel is hidden from them that are lost 2 Cor 4:3

3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

It's Hid to the lost. Paul wrote that as a preacher of the Gospel. You can take the Gospel all day long to the lost and it's hidden from them and they will not believe it.
Then why is it in the bible? You think God would tell us to do something that is ineffective?

Key verses for "taking the gospel to the lost" are Matthew 28:18-20 (the Great Commission), Luke 19:10 (Jesus came to seek and save the lost), and Mark 16:15 (go and preach the gospel to all creation). Other important verses include 2 Timothy 4:2 (preach the word) and Acts 1:8 (be my witnesses to the ends of the earth).
Your concept of Evangelism leaves out the thousands of other scriptures that indicate that we do have a free will, and that under the influence of the Holy Spirit and the conviction of the Holy Spirit, free moral agents can exercise that will and take that little tiny step of saying, “I am sorry I sinned, and I am going to make my best effort to change.” Of course, the Holy Spirit goes right to work when you do that. This is not salvation by human works. This is salvation by grace through faith.

What Does the Bible Say About Evangelism?

Evangelism—also known as “witnessing”—is the spreading of the gospel to others. This is in order to share the Word of God with His children so that they may find salvation. A key part of evangelism is using the teachings and messages from the Bible to instruct others and bring them to the faith. When evangelists use specific quotes, passages, and verses from the Bible it can also be referred to as biblical evangelism. So, what does the Bible say about evangelism?

Bible Verses About Evangelism

There are many examples of evangelism in the Bible, with Jesus himself being the greatest evangelist of all. Perhaps the most well-known Bible verse about evangelism comes from Mark 16:15-16 — “And he said to them, ‘Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.’”

But there are many other Bible verses on evangelism. Here are some of the top examples:

Matthew 28:19-20 — “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

2 Timothy 4:5 — “As for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.”

1 Peter 3:15 — “But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect…”

2 Corinthians 5:20 — “We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.”

1 Corinthians 1:17 — “For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel—not with wisdom and eloquence, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.”

John 5:24 - “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.”

These passages are only a few of the many examples of evangelism in the Bible. A large share of these teachings even come from Jesus himself. That’s why it is so important to heed these words and spread them to the rest of God’s Children by evangelizing, so that they may achieve salvation.

Evangelism Ministry

Your right. Then we need to do it and the bible tells us God word does not come back void.

The phrase "God's word does not come back void" means that when God speaks, his word will always accomplish his purpose and will succeed in the mission he sent it on. It is a biblical concept, most famously found in Isaiah 55:11 (KJV), which says, "it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it". This principle is seen in biblical prophecies, the spread of the New Testament church, and the transformations in people's lives that come from hearing and believing the word.

When we speak the Gospel when we witness it's the Holy Spirit speaking thru us.

End result is some people choose by their own free will to believe.

Your right. Then we need to do it and the bible tells us God word does not come back void.
The Gospel is hid to the lost so it's a savour of death to them, God sends it to them for their death 2 Cor 2:14-16

14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

15 For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:

16 To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?

Them that perish are the lost in 2 Cor 4:3

The gospel is hidden to them that are lost and they believe not.
Say that all you like but John 3:16 tell us different. Calvinists just don't understand Gods love for His creation.

John MacArthur attempts a “explanation:” God’s love for the reprobate is not a love of value; it is the love of pity … a love of compassion … of sorrow … of pathos … the same deep sense of compassion and pity we have when we see a scab-ridden derelict lying in the gutter … a genuine, well-meant, compassionate, sympathetic love. … Here we see the depths of complete irrationality into which the Calvinist falls in trying to balance on the tight rope of “God loves all but not in the same way”!

But that's not the love Jesus had for all mankind. He healed that Leper.

The significance of Jesus healing the leper lies in its demonstration of his power over physical and spiritual ailments, his compassion for the marginalized, and the reconciliation he brings between people and God.

The act of touching the leper, who was considered unclean and socially outcast, showed Jesus's ability to overcome social and religious barriers, and his power to cleanse not only the physical body but also the spirit, restoring the man's ability to be reintegrated into society and the community of faith.

You have not provided any scripture that specifically says the Gospel is not hidden from them that are lost, but I have provided scripture that specifically says the Gospel is hidden from them that are lost 2 Cor 4:3

3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
False as Previous to belief, all are lost

Ephesians 2:1–22 (NASB95) — 1 And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, 2 in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. 3 Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. 4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. 11 Therefore remember that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called “Uncircumcision” by the so-called “Circumcision,” which is performed in the flesh by human hands— 12 remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. 14 For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, 15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace, 16 and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity. 17 AND HE CAME AND PREACHED PEACE TO YOU WHO WERE FAR AWAY, AND PEACE TO THOSE WHO WERE NEAR; 18 for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father. 19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, 20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, 22 in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit.

Calvinists may deny the importance of sharing the gospel because, they reason, the elect will come to God in any case. In addition, it leads people to question their status as elect, creating both tendency toward legalism and great anxiety for believers.

Sure it does, Calvinists can not harmonize their proof text, rather their interpretation of their proof text, with the rest of the Bible.

John 3:16 states, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life". The meaning of this verse is that God's immense love for all people led Him to sacrifice His Son, Jesus, so that anyone who believes in Jesus will receive eternal life instead of perishing. This belief is the only condition.

The Bible teaches that Jesus died for all, that all are invited to receive Christ and be saved, and that those who are lost are responsible for that. For humans to be held responsible for the rejection of Christ, they must have the freedom to choose or reject his provision for them. Therefore, humanity has freedom of choice.
