1Co 13:7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
1Co 13:8 Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.

Col 3:14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

Jesus dealt with the hierarchy of our judgements in Matthew 23

Mat 23:16 “Woe to you, blind guides, who say, ‘If anyone swears by the temple, it is nothing, but if anyone swears by the gold of the temple, he is bound by his oath.’
Mat 23:17 You blind fools! For which is greater, the gold or the temple that has made the gold sacred?
Mat 23:18 And you say, ‘If anyone swears by the altar, it is nothing, but if anyone swears by the gift that is on the altar, he is bound by his oath.’
Mat 23:19 You blind men! For which is greater, the gift or the altar that makes the gift sacred?
Mat 23:20 So whoever swears by the altar swears by it and by everything on it.
Mat 23:21 And whoever swears by the temple swears by it and by him who dwells in it.
Mat 23:22 And whoever swears by heaven swears by the throne of God and by him who sits upon it.

There is a hierarchy that exists in the Character of God. The very nature of God. This is not to say that God is at odds with Himself. Nor to say that God is imperfect. Balance of attributes is not a necessity within Divinity.

John made a specific distinction when he dealt with the attributes of God. He stated without conversy that

1Jn 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
1Jn 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

Love is not a combination of attributes. It is not a complex combination or result of many facets of the Character of God. It IS... who God is. It is at the TOP of all things God. You can not appeal to God loving you and deny that same love to your fellowmen. This is a fundamental truth that begins all things "God". This is true regardless of how you want to find justice for your brothers in Adam that sin while ignoring your own.

This is exactly why Jesus dealt with the hypocrisy of men appealing to "justice". While man insist that "justice is blind"... they NEVER apply justice equally to themselves. Never.

Mat 7:2 For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.

Everything about God begins with His love. There is nothing "HIGHER" nor more important. Love "RANKS" at the top.

Relative to the Atonement,

God so loved the world that He "GAVE".... His Son. The work of God begins in Love. God being true to Himself.

Everything but Justice lol don't you know that my friend. :)

Through the Calvinist lens it reads like this below :

1Co 13:7 Love bears all things except justice and wrath, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things except love and forgiveness.
1Co 13:8 Justice not Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. But justice endures forever.

hope this helps !!!
