Looking for Jesus according to Matthew

116) Looking for Jesus

Matthew 21

- Jesus is going to die soon!

- Till the end he keeps being busy!

- till the end he does his father’s will!

- He goes to the temple and opposes corruption there!

- then he curses a fig tree because he is hungry and there is no fruit because it is not the season!

- And the fig tree dries!

- And his disciples are amazed!

- There is no need!

- They shouldn’t be amazed because they have spent a lot of time with Jesus and they have seen all his miracles and signs!

- And Jesus keeps speaking with parables!

- And he keeps fighting the Pharisees and the scribes till the end!

- Thus he shows us the way!

- The only way to show that we understand his message is by being active and speaking about Yah.weh’s word and kingdom!

- And we must prepare for it!
