Logos New with AI

The New Logos is next level. It now incorporates AI into the search. Here is what they did which was brilliant. The AI feature is limited to only work directly with the Bible or with the Books you paid for in Logos. This AI feature has a monthly fee attached with 3 levels of membership. The lowest level is under 10, the middle 15 and the highest around the $20 a month.

AI cannot be used outside of the program, will not pull from the internet and will not allow a pastor to have AI write their sermon for them so there is a built in moral compass which is awesome.

Its search feature is intuitive and does not have to be exact in its query and understands your question and pulls from that information unlike searches in the past. They call it your personal study assistant. :)

What? Not write my sermons? Oh wait. I'm not creating sermons presently.

I can keep that AI in mind. It does not sound helpful for my present needs though.

When you say "the New Logos" are you referring to the online version? If so, are you using it now? If so, can I ask you a whole bunch more questions? I use Logos 10 and have a large library but part of that is because they bought out Wordsearch Bible software and then tossed it in the trash can. To be fair they did make Wordsearch users Logos users and transferred their books, but I really didn't like that Silicon Valley move and I have not trusted them since then as they seem to be in business strictly for the money. And this latest move that they are pushing really hard has me worried but I'd like to talk to someone who is using it.

Blessings,
TheLayman

I’m on my son in laws where he went to liberty university and attained his seminary degree and they gave him one heck of a deal on a theologian level library that I have access to. What the AI does is allow you to search any subject in the Bible without exact spelling , parentheses and it will pull up everything in the scriptures. Or you can search your library of books in the same way for all your reference works on any topic. It will not search outside of your logos library or online on the WWW. It’s confined to Logos. It’s a real time saver when researching any word or topic. There are 3 different monthly subscription rates to choose from depending on your needs and wants.
