Trust REQUIRES Deity/Divinity.
This life is filled with things we so easily "trust" in. However, they can't be trusted. Which is really one of the core issues of faith in God. Sincerely believing anything requires trust.
I once trusted so many things in my life. Learning that things you've "trusted" are lies is a stark reminder of what is really meaningful in Eternity. Soon the things you can't trust will all fade away.
What will be left for you?
Psa 62:8 Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us. Selah
