A recent conversation reminded me of the pleasure found in sharpening knives. I enjoy making a knife as sharp as possible.
If you've ever used a leather strop, you know they really do make a difference. Here is the best I've found. I've had one for many years. All you need is a few drops of olive oil to refresh the rouge in the strop. Never had to add any rouge to the original load. Well worth the price many times over.
