Kingdom of Heaven:
Simply put, the kingdom of heaven is the eschatological equivalent of New Jerusalem which in Revelation comes down from the sky or heaven.

2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Revelation 21:2.

Kingdom of Israel:
This is the earthly kingdom located in an area described in Genesis 15.

18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
19 The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites,
20 And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims,
21 And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.
Genesis 15:18–21.

Kingdom of God:
This is the reign and Person of Jesus Christ Himself.

28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.
Matthew 12:28.

Are there any other "kingdoms" in Scripture that are different from these three kingdoms I have submitted above?

Rather than post a more detailed definition about these three "kingdoms" in the OP I thought instead to bring up each and provide my understanding along with what I believe are the Scripture passages that describe each "kingdom" and then to add more information as responses are recorded on this thread.

The KINGDOM of God is "SPIRIT" Jesus the Lord himself within us, supportive Luke 17:21 "Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."

and that Kingdom came on the day of Pentecost, YES, when Christ Jesus ... "RETURNED" .... in FULL POWER. supportive scriptures,
1. Matthew 16:28 "Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom."

2. Mark 9:1 "And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power."

3. Luke 9:27 "But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God."

KNOW the difference between the Lord Jesus "RETURN", and his "SECOND" Coming, or his Parousia.

Romans 14:17 "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost." there is that Kingdom of God...... the Holy Ghost, the Lord Jesus in us,

The Kingdom of God is the Church, the Body of Christ. Christ corollates His Church with His Kingdom here Matt 16 :17-19

17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind[by preaching] on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Also as Jesus has been appointed a Kingdom, the subjects of that kingdom have been also appointed.

Lk 19:12

He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.

This is a appointed Kingdom

Lk 22:29

And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;

This Kingdom is the Church, here it is in Prophecy Dan 7:13-14

13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

This is the redeemed Church Rev 7:9-15

9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,

12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?

14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

We see the New Covenant fulfilling the Old Covenant by , its prophecies being fulfilled by the inclusion of Gentiles, for instance, James points out the rebuilding of the Tabernacle of David is being fulfilled by God calling out a remnant of Gentiles for His Name Acts 15:13-18

13 And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me:

14 Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.

15 And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,

16 After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:

17 That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things.

18 Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.

So Gentiles are children of the Prophets and Covenant, the Davidic Covenat here, David was a Prophet Acts 3:29-30

29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

Remember later Peter mentions children of the covenant and prophets Acts 3:24-25

24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.

25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

Now James in Acts 15 says that God calling the Gentiles to rebuild the Tabernacle of David is fulling Amos [A Prophet} Amos 9:11-12

11 In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:

12 That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the Lord that doeth this.

So what a clear example of OT Scripture Prophecy being fulfilled in the New Teatament with the Church and its inclusion of the Gentiles,

Eph 3:4-6

Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)

5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;

As we can see The Spirit Taught the Apostle James this Mystery, that Gentiles comprise the New Testament Temple Of David !

6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
