Excellent post by someone...

I can take any book and throw it in the trash can. That doesn't mean the book is trash.

No, it is a translation from the Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek.
The KJV is translated from 3 languages to English, from existing manuscripts that have been lost, thus preserved. If you can throw away a bible, you have no regard for the word of God. The Critical texts are all translations of Greek only. All new bibles are thus translations of the KJB.

You assume they are the correct manuscripts.

People may have legitimate reasons to do so.

Incorrect. The same Hebrew and Greek words are not always translated the same in the KJV compared to other versions.

Yes one of the "reformers" was Martin Luther a huge antisemitic.
Martin Luther became "antisemitic" after he was rejected by the Jews to whom he went and spoke the gospel to.

This is similar to JESUS and the Apostles becoming "antisemitic" when they also brought the Gospel to the Jewish people but they REFUSED.

John 1:11 - He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.
He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.

You know what happens to Jews & Gentiles who do not receive Him!!!

The Scriptures, all the way back to Genesis have some anti-semitic declarations.
The KEY is to know that these are the Jews(and Gentiles) who oppose Elohim and His Way and His Spirit.

God is TRULY Faithful to the Jewish people for had HE not been then they would not exist today.
Furthermore, MESSIAH promised HE would Return to Jerusalem on earth to RESCUE the remaining Jews who cry out to Him.

And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. - Zechariah 12:10

Good News is that many Jews are being called unto MESSIAH YAHshua even now and more each day = HalleluYAH

Manuscripts have to be weighed (earlier or later dates) and not merely counted.
Everything is weighed by the Holy Spirit = aka the Spirit of Truth

42 years ago i was saved, baptized in the Holy Spirit and fed off of the KJV and now use the NJKV - but i always compare to the KJV and use Biblehub to compare to other versions.

KJV imho is very reliable and has more then enough retained Truth for us not to be doubting.

As a matter of fact, i am greatly intrigued by how God kept together His Word/Truth and find it amusing, at times, at how 'scholars' stumble at the scriptures.

Without the baptism of the Holy Spirit we are only left with scripture and leaning on our own understanding.
Which is enough for a person to get saved on but lacking in greater/deeper understanding of Genesis thru Revelation.

Not so, the TEXTUS RECEPTUS Greek was used on the KJV. The corrupt Critical Text is used to translate all modern bibles. The Critical text is in its 28th revision now so at first it wasn't right. Many words were changed and verses left out in modern translations, plus they are for profit; that is, changed on purpose to make a buck.

In post 3 you have it backwards. The NASB adds the words not in the KJB.

Assumption on hour part.

That's what the Critical text does.

The MT detracts from these passages. Two can play this game.

You use the NLT which is based on the Critical text. In fact, you claimed the Lord told yo to do so.

Why is it okay for you to do so but then gripe when others so chose?
