Yes to the house of david or even the tabernacle of david as Acts 15 15-18

15 And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,

16 After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:

17 That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things.

18 Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.

There is again, nothing in here that says that Gentiles are added to the house of David.

Yes it does, Gentiles are added to the rebuild of the tabernacle of David. In Acts 15 I believe the Tabernacle of David and the House of David overlap, and its all spiritual

Gentiles are not added. The church is not Israel. The Israel of God are those elect chosen of God (Ephesians 1) in Israel. That is the true Israel of God. That is not the church.
