Wars and Rumors of Wars

I sure hope that USA has their back. But it doesn't look that way after we just gave 6 billion dollars back to their Enemies. Whose main goal is to drive them into the ocean and totally annihilate them.

Those Who Bless Israel, God Will bless; Those who Curse Her, He will Curse, It's in the Bible.

“God’s Word contains a clear and absolute, timeless promise relative to the Abrahamic promise of Genesis 12:3, “‘And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse,’” the study reads.

Looks like the USA is already skating on thin ice. But our political leaders have more important things to worry about like their dress code.

I agree nations that befriend Israel will be blessed; those that do not will be cursed.

The playing out of prophetic events concerning Israel also places us in the last days of history’s timeline. The miraculous survival of God’s covenant people, the Jews, demonstrates God’s ability to accomplish His purpose in the face of what seem to be impossible odds. The history of modern day Israel is absolutely amazing from 1947 till the present. They never could have survived this long without God's hand being upon them. No matter what their enemies throw at them they will survive.

God, You are my glory and the lifter of my head, a shield about me. I choose to look to You. Help me to keep my focus on You and trust You to bring Your good plans to pass in the terrible situation that Israel and the world is facing today. Amen

I pray that Israel's enemies see the light and accept you Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Touch their heart God. Help them to stop believing the lies of the enemy. Bring them into your kingdom. In Jesus name. Amen

That’s a beautiful prayer. I would pray the same thing for unbelieving Israel.

Yes this could get really ugly fast.
A nuclear bomb on Mecca might stir things up. Don't get me wrong I'm not advocating that. The only solution is for Jesus to come back on that white horse... Armageddon.

Revelation 19:11–21 informs us quite clearly that when Jesus returns bodily to earth, he will do so to end the conflict of Armageddon and defeat the beast, the antichrist. According to 16:16, this climactic event occurs at Armageddon.

I think I'll start here:

25 Lest you be self-opinionated (wise in your own conceits), I do not want you to miss this hidden truth and mystery, brethren: a hardening (insensibility) has [temporarily] befallen a part of Israel [to last] until the full number of the ingathering of the Gentiles has come in,
26 And so all Israel will be saved. As it is written, The Deliverer will come from Zion, He will banish ungodliness from Jacob. Ro 11:25–26.

I understand there's different ways to interpret the scripture but it does look like all Israel will be saved.

That’s a good place to start.

Do you think “all“ means “every person”?

That thought went through my mind as I was making the post. Perhaps there is some sort of qualifier. Maybe something that has to do with your heart. Or perhaps your bloodline. I mean just because you're a citizen of Israel doesn't make you a Jew, or Abraham your father.

I guess figuring that out would be the next step In my study.

So a good principle always when dealing with a difficult statement in Scripture is not to concentrate on that statement, not to pore over it with a microscope. The better method is to stand back and say, I’m not clear about that statement in Romans 11:26. What shall I do? Go back to chapter 8 and read up to and including chapter 11.

You're on the right track. Paul takes up the question of the Jews and discusses it in Romans chapters 9, 10 and 11.

Here is the answer: ‘For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel.’ In effect, Paul is saying to any objectors, ‘You’re in difficulties, my friend, because you think the term “Israel” means the literal, physical nation of men and women, all of whom are Jews—but it doesn’t. Israel, as used in the Scriptures, doesn’t mean every single Jew because “they are not all Israel, which are of Israel.” There is the vital distinction.’

Paul goes on to show that the promises of God have never applied to the literal nation as a whole but have always had reference to the remnant, to the spiritual Jews, those whose circumcision was not outward but inward, of the heart and of the spirit. God’s promises were to this particular people He has chosen within the nation—the true Israel. And God has always kept His promises to these people.

We do not need to worry about the nation state of Israel in the holy land being conquered again.

God had promised to always leave one tribe there (Judah) for His servant David's sake, and Jerusalem's sake. And He also promised to return Judah back to the land (and the basket of evil figs with them), and never remove them again. That means the nation is under God's Hand of protection.

What will happen to the majority of the unbelieving Jews there in the holy land, in our near future, is when the false-Messiah shows up there, and they make the mistake of believing Messiah has come. God is sending them a fake Messiah prior to our Lord Jesus Christ's return. So that... working is what will be Israel's downfall at the end, but today, it is NOT YET time for that to happen. When will it happen, some might ask?

Well, one of the first things is that false-Messiah must show up, and as per Zechariah 6:12-13 he will promote among the nations the building of the 3rd Jewish temple in Jerusalem, and allowing the orthodox Jews to re-establish old covenant worship with animal sacrifices.

Then after 1260 days, (the middle of the Dan.9:27 symbolic "one week"), that false-Messiah will end those sacrifices, and instead place the Rev.13 "image of the beast" IDOL in that new temple, spiritually desolating that temple and demand that all bow to it or be killed.

That... placing of the "abomination of desolation" IDOL in Jerusalem for the end is what Lord Jesus showed in Matthew 24 and Mark 13 that will kick off the time of "great tribulation".

There's no prophecy that promises that Israel will return to it's land, except for those given while they were in Babylon. If you know of one, please identify it.

LOL!

EZEKIEL 37 about the TWO STICKS!

And many... Scriptures in the Book of Isaiah, and others of God's prophets, like Ezekiel 47 & 48!

Even the Ezekiel 36 Chapter God is declaring His FUTURE GATHERING of the tribes of Israel back to the holy lands He promised their fathers. And He was speaking that to the HOUSE OF ISRAEL especially, which at that point in Ezekiel's time means ONLY the ten northern tribes of LOST ISRAELITES. This means you cannot simply claim He was speaking about the TINY GROUP of Jews that returned in 1948 that started today's nation called Israel.
