Mark 9:2-4
After six days Jesus took Peter, James and John with him and led them up a high mountain, where they were all alone. There he was transfigured before them. 3;His clothes became dazzling white, whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them. 4And there appeared before them Elijah and Moses, who were talking with Jesus.
Now we know the only 2 men who went up a mountain to speak with God/YHWH were Moses and Elijah. Here we see these same to men on a mountain speaking once aain with YHWH before the disciples. They ( Peter, James,John) saw Gods/YHWH's glory just like Moses/Elijah did in the OT on the mountain top. And here we have them all together seeing YHWH on the mountain top.
For those who have eyes to see and ears to hear will marvel at the parallels between the ols and new testaments record of these unique and special events. In Christ we see the glory of YHWH revealed in Scripture.
And we know YHWH declares several times in the OT that He will never share His Glory with another.
