the satanic realm and its esau henchmen
dramatize their hatred of Christ ...
by their lie that God would do such
they are the murderers and monsters....
We could not be saved if He had not come here to rescue us.God had to die for our sins, that just basic Gospel.
There's no other way to heaven than Jesus paying the price for your sins.
Please make sure you have put all your faith in the Christ suffering for your sins, and not in your own goodness.
The evil realm tortured and murdered Him...on his way here,
I blame it ALL on Adam and the evil realm he cooperates with, not God.God has to do something your with sins.
He is holy, you are not.
Christ bore the punishment of those sins for you—that is all PSA means.
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God (1 Pet. 3:18 NKJ)
Yet Jesus forgave sinners of their sins by saying He forgave them. No death , no blood , no sacrificeGod has to do something your with sins.

The Death of Death in the Death of Christ is a polemical work, designed to show, among other things, that the doctrine of universal redemption is unscriptural and destructive of the gospel.
There are many, therefore, to whom it is not likely to be of interest. Those who see no need for doctrinal exactness and have no time for theological debates which show up divisions between so-called Evangelicals may well regret its reappearance.
Some may find the very sound of Owen’s thesis so shocking that they will refuse to read his book at all; so passionate a thing is prejudice, and so proud are we of our theological shibboleths.
But it is hoped that this reprint will find itself readers of a different spirit. There are signs today of a new upsurge of interest in the theology of the Bible: a new readiness to test traditions, to search the Scriptures and to think through the faith. It is to those who share this readiness that Owen’s treatise is offered, in the belief that it will help us in one of the most urgent tasks facing Evangelical Christendom today—the recovery of the gospel.

Excellent video.Owen was strong on logic but watch out for the Calvinism.
Flawed reasoning with Justice served for the death of an innocent 3rd party. It doesn't matter what secular law says it matters what God says. The death of the innocent is never justified in scripture. Even the Apostles proclaimed the wickedness done to Jesus by evil men with the kangaroo court was unjust. Craig is wrong on every biblical level with his philosophical argument in his 3rd chapter. Colossians 2 warns us against the philosophy of man. Craigs argument is just that going against the Teaching of Jesus and the Apostles on the atonement.

I don't completely agree with either side or EO views, but I thought this was an interesting discussion.
