We are told Jesus "knows all things" and that God "dwells in eternity."
We see definite things in the future that God knows.
But here's the rub—some of those things are future free will choices, Cyrus rebuilding the temple, Judas betraying Jesus, Peter's denial and return.
Now if an "Openness" theologian wants to argue that the future literally doesn't exist in any sense whatsoever, and that people can have a free will that is not manipulated or forced by God or circumstances, then logically, there is absolutely no way any amount of calculating and information can allow God knowledge of future free will choices.
It's a non-started, it's dead in the water.
So we should not make God in our own image and lessen him to a thing that makes us feel better about his actions.
