Here is where the members who have a complaint can express it so that the Moderation team can respond to it through a PM. So if you have a complaint or a question you wish to discuss then post it here and a staff member will respond and contact you through a PM. Moderation or complaints will not be discussed in the open forum in threads. Thank you for cooperating with BAM staff and forum guidelines.

That is correct. We will not discuss staff or members in a public format. Think of it as the Mathew 18 principle.

Anyone that has a disagreement or complaint with staff or members of BAM are invited to express those concerns here politely and respectfully in this area of the forum and not in the public forum threads.
